In 2024, he completed his doctoral course study at the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, the University of Tokyo, Doctor of Environmental Studies. He held a JSPS Research Fellowship for Young Scientists (DC2 and PD) from April 2023 to March 2025, and he was appointed to his present position in April 2025. His specialty is urban planning and design.
